Duties include: monitoring, researching & analyzing high yield and high grade municipal bond investments, implementing investment tracking systems, publishing investment analysis reports and contacting issuers & maintaining investment files. Must be a self starter, an independent worker and have a strong attention to detail. Excellent writing and mathematical skills and solid expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access etc.) required. Strong knowledge of Access and Visual Basic a definite plus. B.S. Finance, Accounting or Economics (or junior/senior degree progress for intern) preferred. Database Programmers - Intern Position Closed. If you know how to program in Access and Visual Basic, and are strong in algebra and exponents, we can teach you the finance. The position entails maintaining, upgrading, and "tricking out" our Access databases and financial tracking systems. An Intern Position could eventually lead to a full time position as a Financial Systems Analyst and/or Investment Analyst. Must be a self starter, an independent worker and have strong attention to detail. This position is part-time up to full time. B.S. Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent (or progress toward degree) or B.S. Finance or Accounting with strong programming skills preferred. Strong knowledge and track record in programming Access and Visual Basic, and strong knowledge of algebra required.

Assistant/Finance Operations Manager - Open The position encompasses a wide range of duties including: assisting the portfolio manager with processing investment trades, setting up the trade desk, maintaining various spreadsheets, working with MS Access databases, preparing marketing materials and updating our website. Depending upon speed and work load, this position has historically also learned investment analysis and has written investment reports. Applicants must be adaptable, have good attention to detail, and excellent math, written and verbal skills and like to take direction. Knowledge of Word and Excel required. Power Point, Access, and FrontPage very helpful. Financial/brokerage experience preferred. As the duties are very broad, we expect to provide some training to a bright employee. Four year degree preferred but not required. B.S. Finance/Accounting most helpful.
